How can I place an order if I have an international address?
The web-store will not recognize an international state and zip-code since the software is set-up only for U.S. addresses. Therefore to complete your on-line order please use "NY, 10001" for state and zip-code. Then please put your original state and zip code into the comment box. Why do I need to add my shipping address on my credit card account?
For first time buyers, when your shipping address is different than the billing address on your credit card, for security reasons we need the cardholder to list the shipping address as an alternate address on the card account. Since cardholder is the only one who can add that information to the card account this will confirm for us that the cardholder is actually the one who is placing the order not someone else who might have stolen such information. We ask our customers to do this simply to prevent fraud from happening. If anyone has your card information and your billing address, they can order anything by using your card and have it shipped to anywhere they like unless we, the merchant asks them to list the shipping address on that account.
